The standard processes involved in assembling cardboard packaging include sorting, folding and unfolding, assembling packaging units, grouping them, separating them and filling them with goods according to the customer's requirements.

This is followed by palletizing and logistics.

STORAGE AND LOGISTICS

Storage and logistics are an integral part of our daily work.

We ensure the receipt and dispatch of goods according to customer requirements (FIFO, LIFO), their registration in our system, or on our partners' servers (e.g., in the SAP program).

We also provide value-added services such as the procurement of packaging (cardboard boxes, polystyrene, pallets), repackaging, labeling, placing goods from the customer into prepared packaging, labeling and assembly, storage, and management of safety stocks. We perform quality control of entrusted goods according to agreed criteria. We offer the development of studies and implementation of systems within the circular economy, solutions for packaging returnability, and carbon footprint reduction. We set up and operate delivery systems such as KAN BAN and Just in Time. We offer solutions for logistics chain optimization.

Together with our contractual partners, we are able to prepare customized packaging solutions and supply cardboard, plastic/PSE packaging, and wooden pallets according to your requirements.

We carry out the ecological disposal of unusable packaging (cardboard, plastic, PSE, wooden components).

We ship prepared goods by trucks of our parent company LV Trans, or as agreed with our business partner.

We can offer our 1000 m2 warehouse not only as an external warehouse, but also for short-term storage of goods according to the project, or seasonal storage, including agreed logistics services and value-added services.
